At first glance, this cartoon looks like an ordinary scene in a hospital. A doctor is speaking with a nurse, and everything seems perfectly normal. But look a little closer, and you will discover that four everyday objects are hidden throughout the picture.
The challenge is to find the pen, egg, apple, and flower. Some are easy to spot, while another is cleverly disguised in the illustration.
1. Find the Pen
The pen is hiding in plain sight! Look at the doctor’s white coat. A purple pen is tucked into the pocket on the front of his coat.
It is easy to miss because it blends into the surrounding clothing and sits at an angle.
2. Find the Egg
The egg is disguised as part of the nurse’s uniform. Look closely at the small rectangular name badge on the left side of her chest. The egg shape appears inside the badge.
This hidden object is particularly tricky because it is small and surrounded by other details.
3. Find the Apple
The apple is one of the easiest objects to locate. Look at the red door behind the nurse. You can see an apple shape on the door, just below the circular sign.
Its red color helps it stand out, but you might overlook it if you focus only on the doctor and nurse.
4. Find the Flower
The flower is the most challenging object to identify. Examine the green decorative detail on the doctor’s tie. Its shape resembles the flower shown in the list beside the picture.
The puzzle relies on recognizing the shape rather than simply looking for an obvious flower.
Why Are Hidden-Object Puzzles So Addictive?
Visual puzzles encourage you to slow down, scan an image carefully, and notice details that you might normally overlook.
They can be an enjoyable way to practise visual attention and observation. However, solving one puzzle does not reliably measure intelligence or reveal a person’s personality.
Did You Find All Four?
Before checking the answers, take another look at the picture and see whether you can locate each object without reading the clues.
Challenge your friends: Share this puzzle and ask them how quickly they can find all four hidden objects!
How many did you spot on your own: two, three, or all four?
